Description Giving primarily in areas of company operations, with emphasis on AZ, IA and OH to support food banks and organizations involved with arts and culture, higher education, health, substance abuse services, housing, disaster relief, human services, business promotion, and civic affairs. Special emphasis is directed towards food banks emergency shelters, and programs that promote youth mentoring, financial literacy, homeownership, and civic improvement. No support for athletic teams, public or private primary or secondary schools, pass-through organizations (except United Way), veterans’, labor, religious, or fraternal organizations not of direct benefit to the entire community, lobbying or political organizations, or bands or choirs; generally, no support for hospitals, hospital foundations, or national organizations (except local branches or chapters) No grants to individuals, or for fundraising events, sponsorships, athletic events, debt reduction, retirement campaigns, research, travel, or endowments.
